Returns

You may return products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Certain items (such as electrical parts or special-order products) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product is returned due to incorrect delivery or a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for a different product of equal value, subject to availability.

Any price difference for a higher-value product must be paid by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
